Sometimes when you are looking for a Florida newspaper, and the catalog record gives a call number of "Miscellaneous FL Newspapers" and a box number. Miscellaneous Florida papers are various issues of different newspaper titles, that are filmed together on a common reel of microfilm. Because these reels of microfilm each have a variety of titles, Miscellaneous FL Papers are shelved together. They are on the shelf at the end of the Florida newspapers, before the national newspapers. Currently, that is on the 4th row from the back of the microfilm range that has the Florida papers. There is an index to the papers on these reels, in the Microform Index Area.
