See the "Borrowing & Other Privileges" page at http://www.uflib.ufl.edu/as/circ.html which indicates that you should be able to use both ILL services and to recall charged books by yourself. Please go to the Library Catalog and use the “Request” link on the record for the book in question (near the call number and status). You will have to be logged in to your Library Account (top right button that is labeled “renewals/library account”) for the system to recognize you as an authorized patron.
